Medical information (where relevant for safety or health). Media consent (photo/video use for promotional or reporting purposes).
Staff and volunteer DBS and employment data.
How We Use Personal Data
We use this data to:
Deliver football and educational services safely and effectively Monitor student progress and outcomes (e.g. Seneca Learning data).
Comply with safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with parents, carers, and educational partners. Report anonymised outcomes to funding bodies or the Department for Education (DfE).
We do not share or sell personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
How We Store and Protect Data
All records are stored securely in password-protected systems. Access is restricted to authorised staff only.
Any paper documents are kept in locked storage and disposed of securely.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil its
purpose and meet legal obligations.
Digital storage systems (e.g. Google Workspace, Seneca Learning, CPOMS) are GDPR-compliant and encrypted to protect sensitive information.

Data Sharing

Data Retention
We retain student and parent data for a maximum of six years after the student leaves our programmes, unless required otherwise by law or safeguarding guidelines.After this period, data is securely deleted or destroyed.
